Steps of observing cells under microscope

1. Low: first find the object to be observed under the low power microscope
2. Move: move the film so that the observation object is in the center of the field of view
3. Turn: turn the converter to convert the low power objective lens to the high power objective lens
4. Light: convert the flat mirror into a concave mirror, or increase the aperture
5. Fine: adjust the fine quasi focus spiral to make the object image clear
